The 2nd Generation Moto X has seen plenty of attention from different carriers, a nice change of pace for the Moto lineup, and now a new carrier has announced its own upcoming support.

Last year, Motorola gave a generous discount on the Moto X (2013) during Cyber Monday. This year the company will be repeating its act and will offer hefty discounts on the unlocked and Verizon variant of the Moto X (2014).
Waiting for the newest version of any piece of software can be hard, but when it sneaks up on you, it’s pretty great.

Another season, another Moto X it seems, only this time bigger, better and even more solid. The original Moto X, from the start of 2014 in the UK but from a year ago in the USA, was seen as a very solid contender, yet the 2014 ‘second gen’ Moto X is bigger, with 5.2” screen (up from 4.7″), much faster at 2.5GHz on a Snapdragon 801 (up from 1.7GHz on the previous generation chipset) and with a better camera, at 13MP (up from 10MP). It’s demonstrably better, yet the smartphone marketplace has never been so competitive and this latest Moto X is looking just a tiny bit limited.

Motorola today released its latest flagship handset — the new Moto X (2014) — in India exclusively on one of the largest online retailer in the country, Flipkart.
With multiple carriers to choose from all over the world, the best scenario would be that every flagship or hero device would launch on all of them. If not at the same time, then at least eventually. For any Sprint subscribers out there hoping that they’d be able to pick up Motorola’s new Moto X (which was announced earlier this month), the news isn’t too positive.
Motorola’s new Moto X is brand new, having just been unveiled on September 5, but the device is now up for preorder through AT&T, and recently went on sale through Motorola’s official website (which is taking a beating, as of the time of this writing). So, to prepare people for the device, and to raise awareness for the hero device, Motorola has launched a trio of new ads.
