Meizu is back at it again, launching their latest flagship smartphone. As expected, the Meizu 16s is a top-tier handset, featuring worthwhile specs under the hood while also keeping the price tag generally low (compared to other flagships).
Relatively cheap smartphones don’t necessarily mean they are bad phones anymore. Meizu, for instance, aims to launch worthwhile handsets without breaking the bank.
Earlier this month, Meizu introduced the Zero, a handset that earned the title of the “world’s first holeless phone“.
Phones will always rely on gimmicks to try and get attention, and sometimes those ideas are simply natural steps forward.
Today, Meizu officially unveiled two new smartphones, both of which feature a pair of dual rear cameras and secondary displays.
Star Trek fans, as you prepare to go Beyond, Meizu has you covered with a limited edition m3e as seen in these leaks. In the past other companies have released devices in conjunction with Superhero movies. Samsung had launched devices in conjunction with the Avengers movies.
Meizu today unveiled its latest handset in China: the MX6. With the handset, the company aims to take on the likes of the Xiaomi Mi5, OnePlus 3, and LeEco Le 2 Max. The handset shares a similar design as Meizu’s own Pro 6, though it features a mere 7.25mm thin waistline making it the thinnest smartphone ever launched by a Chinese company.
China’s smartphone manufacturer Meizu was scheduled for a update to the MX 5 line of devices, however, this seemed a bleak possibility until today. If the rumour mills are to be trusted, Meizu is set to unveil the Meizu MX6, a successor to the MX 5, on the 19th of July.
