Huawei might have been the subject of a lot of negative press thanks to the U.S. ban but its smartphone business has been flourishing. The company has announced that it has managed to ship 10 million units of the P30 series in just 85 days since its launch.
The Huawei P30 series is all about its impressive camera. In particular, the Huawei P30 Pro packs an impressive 40MP SuperSpectrum camera sensor which can take some outstanding photos in l0w-light scenarios. Sadly, the camera app on the Huawei P30 leaves a lot to be desired. There are a lot of camera-related tips and tricks on the Huawei P30 that you can follow to improve the overall quality of photos or just make the overall experience better.
Despite their flagship status, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro come with an FHD+ resolution display. While the panels are good, they are nowhere near as good as the OLED panels used by Samsung on its Galaxy S10 series. In all its wiseness, Google ended up removing certain APIs from Android 9.0 Pie that led to all third-party call recording apps from working. This means that if your device does not come with native call recording option, there’s no way you will be able to record calls on it. Thankfully, Huawei was smart enough to include call recording natively on the Huawei P30 series.
If you ended up getting a Huawei P30 or P30 Pro tempted by their impressive camera setup, you must now be experiencing the good and bad of EMUI as well. While it offers plenty of customization options, it has numerous issues as well including the fact you won’t be receiving notifications from your installed apps.
